Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The 'lights out missionary' of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
What's this? →The Old Bank of England is a classic London pub that’s all about the atmosphere. Housed in a stunning former bank building, the chandeliers and ornate decor give it a bit of grandiosity that’s hard to ignore. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making it a nice spot to unwind after a long day.
The food is decent pub fare; you’ve got your fish and chips and pies, which are good but not groundbreaking. It’s a lovely place to grab a drink with friends, especially if you're keen on soaking up the historic vibes, but don’t expect a culinary adventure.
